Initially the tower was comprised with 51 stories but after the reconstruction of this tower, this grand monument of Dubai was well enhanced with 75 stories. More than 140 million US dollars were invested in the construction of this man made structure. After considering all the major aspects, the tower height was again reduced to 194 metres and the stories of this tower were again reduced to 51.
The construction for this grand tower started in the year 2006 and more than 10500 cubic meters of concrete was utilized in the construction of this exotic monument. The grand Sama Tower is also renowned for holding a world record which refers to the continuous pouring of concrete raft.
