The next section of my article will be dealing with the history of this spot. The plan of building a park of this kind was proposed at the beginning of the production of the great memorial complex in the year 1987. At the end of 1980’s and in the very beginning of the 1990’s the nation came across several economic changes. The city was not able to cope up with the huge money required for this project. The project to build this park was then postponed along with the chief part of the memorial complex. The nation however managed to construct this park completely by the year 1995.

The second main reason to construct this park was to offer an easy route to access to Poklonnaya Gora which is situated in the area close to the Victory Park. Although the construction of the Victory National Park was finished by 1995 it yet is was opened for the public in the year 2000. This is the deepest spot in entire Moscow. The Victory Park comprises f several lakes, footpaths, catamarans that could be hired, ice – skating and the wide cross country skiing in the winter season. The amusement parks of the place make it the best spot for recreation in the entire Moscow.

This is the leisure place which brings you closer to the history and the chronological facts of the country. You will surely enjoy the visit to this national park of Moscow.
